Mandira is a passionate and dedicated yoga practitioner from Kathmandu, Nepal, with a Bachelor’s degree in Yoga and over 11 years of professional teaching experience. She began her yoga journey at the age of 14, driven by a natural curiosity, deep flexibility, and a desire to explore the deeper dimensions of the body and mind.

She completed her formal training with Bharat Thakur’s Artistic Yoga in Kathmandu and spent several years as a senior instructor with their Dubai branch. Her foundation in both traditional and modern yoga practices allows her to create a balanced, holistic experience for students of all levels.

She has successfully completed Magical Yoga’s intensive training program and has accumulated over 5,000 hours of teaching experience. With deep expertise in prenatal and postnatal yoga, private one-on-one sessions, and group classes, Esther is one of our most versatile and sought-after instructors.

Building on her strong foundation in *prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training, Esther is dedicated to supporting individuals through every stage of their wellness journey. His journey into yoga began during his time as a school sports trainer, where his growing interest in holistic health and wellness inspired him to dive deeper into the yogic path. He received formal training from Bharat Thakur’s Artistic Yoga in Kathmandu, building a strong foundation in both traditional and modern yoga practices.

With over 9 years of teaching experience, Pratikar’s yoga journey flourished in Dubai, where he developed a reputation for his dynamic teaching style, natural flexibility, and passion for movement. He believes yoga creates a “natural high” and is committed to sharing that transformative experience with every student.

His expertise covers corporate wellness programs, general fitness, weight management, body toning, strength building, and flexibility training. In his classes, Pratikar emphasizes proper posture alignment and creates a supportive, motivating environment. He skillfully incorporates yoga flows, pranayama (breathwork), kriyas, and deep relaxation techniques, guiding his students toward improved physical health, mental clarity, and inner balance
